My experience the two times I have been to ultra was disappointing. Sometimes you can’t train an old dog. Just get a new one who wants to work. Most (not all) of the four stars are fake (some pod and some bot) reviews. Most of the time you get missing free products and see others (only coworkers not customers) after you in line get the same free product for the exact same item is purchased. The cashier handling both transitions with different results of same purchase (description: respectively not thin, and somewhere in her early forties, short brown hair with glasses) has outright refuse when asked about missing free item. Most of the older women can’t give advice even if it could save themselves. one was “Dory” for example (a living example) has applied on herself a very dry and dusty face application with powder. She thinks you want to look like her which is never the case. I didn’t get a greeting from “Dory” just a rude stare. After 15 minutes “Dory”. I said “no thanks and if I needed you I would ask). I can research a lot for myself and came out looking better than most of the people who claim. instead of trying to get rid of customers try smiling and greeting and zip that mouth. No one cares about your advice unless when asked by customer. cut the rudeness or find another job since your disappointing personal life shows when you come to work. Not problem. Only your problem.
