  Your hotel is lovely, beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed just wandering around and looking at your beautiful artifacts, sculptures, art pieces, architectural pieces, etc. Your grounds and plantings were gorgeous, and we greatly appreciated the fire pits in the courtyard since it was chilly. Also, the room was so nicely appointed and the bathroom was fantastic with two sinks and a huge walk-in shower. Our door and terrace out to the pool and vineyards was a beautiful view.... very restful and relaxing.
  
  One area for improvement we would suggest is that there was confusion over the website reservation system: we thought we had signed up for a Sunday/Monday package, but the front desk at check-in did not have it reserved that way. Perhaps you could modify the website so that it is easier for customers to get what they want in the reservation? I think it would make things go more smoothly for all involved and create a better customer experience.
  
  It was our first time to visit your hotel, and we are sure we'll be back many more times as we are frequent visitors to the area.
